Alexandre Rangel has 20 years of professional experience. He served as a Director of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) from 2020 to 2023 and as a Consultant to the Capital Markets Directorate of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in 2023. He has also worked at top-tier law firms from 2005 to 2020.
